Returns

PetGrow does not offer call tags for any return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by calling or writing PetGrow to request an RMA number. Parts will only be considered for return if the request is made within 30 days from the date of PetGrow invoice. Incorrect, damaged or missing parts must be reported within 2 working days of the time the products are received. A handling fee will be charged to restock parts unless otherwise specified.PetGrow reserves the right to refuse to issue an RMA at our discretion. Please note all parts returned must be packaged correctly; the customer will be responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging.
